YOUR TASKS
As a Retail Management Assistant, you are the organizational pillar of our retail team – you pull the strings in the background and ensure that our stores and internal processes run smoothly.
- You support the retail team in operational and administrative tasks
- You are the first point of contact for our store team members and other departments regarding administrative matters
- You will work with our merchandise management system, maintain master data and regularly analyze relevant KPIs, including for our CRM
- You clarify discrepancies in invoices or delivery notes and maintain an overview of internal processes
- You prepare reports for financial accounting and support the control of stock transfers
- You will take on tasks in personnel management such as processing vacation requests and deployment plans
