Shipping costs within Germany
For shipping within the Federal Republic of Germany, we charge a flat rate of €4.95 per order.
International shipping costs
For international shipping, we charge a flat rate of €11.95 per order.
The shipping fee for Switzerland is also €11.95 (net €10.04).
Please note that for orders with a delivery address outside the EU, as well as for returns from these countries, additional costs such as customs duties, processing fees, and taxes may apply and must be borne by the buyer. Please contact your local customs office before placing an order for further information.
For deliveries to Norway and Switzerland, the purchase value is limited to EUR 1,000 net.
How long does delivery take?
Within Germany, LANIUS ships available items to your specified delivery address within 1–5 working days after receipt of payment, using DHL GoGreen. Please note that payments made in advance via bank transfer may take 3–4 working days to be credited to our account, depending on the bank. If a weekend falls within this period, delivery time will be extended accordingly.
For shipments of available items within Europe, delivery time may increase to up to 14 working days, depending on the destination.
As soon as the shipment information has been transferred to DHL GoGreen, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email including a tracking link. Using the tracking number, you can check the status of your order at any time. Please note that shipment information is transmitted before DHL collects the parcel and serves as a pickup request. The onward transport by DHL usually takes place the same day or, at the latest, within two working days.
Shipping options
Goods from the LANIUS online shop are shipped as insured parcels with DHL GoGreen. We also deliver to DHL Packstations.
During the checkout process, you can specify a different delivery address or a Packstation. To do so, click on “Add a different delivery address or DHL Packstation” and then select the option “DHL Packstation” from the dropdown menu to enter the required details.
You also have the option to choose a reused cardboard box as packaging, helping to protect the environment.
Which countries does the LANIUS online shop ship to?
Orders from the LANIUS online shop can be delivered to Germany, Switzerland, Norway, Great Britain, and all EU countries.
Please note that for orders with a delivery address outside the EU, additional costs such as customs duties and taxes may apply and must be paid by the buyer.
Does LANIUS refund VAT for goods exported after purchase?
Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to refund VAT retrospectively for goods that were ordered within Germany and subsequently exported from the EU.
