Prepayment / bank transfer
If you choose to pay in advance, you will receive an email after completing your order with all the relevant payment information for your transfer, which you can make via online banking or at your local bank. Please only state the identification number as the intended purpose.
Please transfer the entire invoice amount within 7 days of completing your order to the account specified in the payment information. If the amount is not received in our account within 14 days, we may withdraw from the contract.
Depending on the bank, a transfer can take 1 - 3 working days. If there is a weekend or public holiday in between, the time will be extended accordingly. We ask you to take this into account.
Instant bank transfer
If you select Sofortüberweisung as your payment method, you will be redirected to the Sofortüberweisung input form after completing your order. To make the payment, you will need your BIC/IBAN and your login details for your online banking. Verification using a TAN is also required.
Once payment has been completed, we are revocably authorized to debit the invoice amount from your specified account. If the amount cannot be debited due to insufficient funds or incorrect bank details, or if you object to the debit even though you are not authorized to do so and are responsible for this, you will have to bear the costs and fees of the chargeback.
PayPal
If you select PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected after completing your order and will pay the invoice amount via the online payment provider PayPal. To do this, you must have a PayPal account or register with PayPal. After logging in, you can make the payment quickly and securely in accordance with PayPal's terms and conditions. PayPal Express
If you select the PayPal Express payment method, you will be redirected before completing the order and pay the invoice amount via the online payment provider PayPal. You do not need to enter the billing and delivery address as this information is taken directly from your PayPal account. To do this, you must have a PayPal account or register with PayPal. Credit and debit card
If you select credit or debit card as your payment method, you will be redirected to the input screen of our payment provider Mollie BV (Stichting Mollie Payments) via a secure connection after completing your order. There you enter the relevant credit card information. Your credit card account will be charged immediately after the payment process is completed. All entries and checks are made and saved by the payment provider. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
