Terms and Conditions Newsletter Giveaway

The organizer of the sweepstakes is LANIUS GmbH, Rolandstr. 63, 50677 Cologne. Participation in the sweepstakes is exclusively subject to the conditions listed here. By registering for the sweepstakes, these terms and conditions are expressly accepted.

Prize

The prize is a €200 gift voucher for the LANIUS online shop. Three gift vouchers will be raffled off, and only one gift voucher can be won per person.

Participation

Participation in the sweepstakes is free. It requires an email address and acceptance of the terms and conditions (mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk). Participation in this manner is not possible for existing subscribers to the LANIUS newsletter.

Eligibility

Eligible participants are individuals who are at least 18 years old and provide a valid email address.

Exclusion of Participants

Participation is only possible in one's own name. In case of multiple participations or false information during registration, exclusion from the sweepstakes may occur. Employees of LANIUS GmbH and Claudia Lanius GmbH are excluded from the sweepstakes.

End of Game

Participation is possible until and including May 31, 2026. The electronically logged time of receipt of the participation declaration dataset in the system is decisive.

Liability

Claims for damages by the participant are excluded. Excluded from this are claims for damages by the participant arising from injury to life, body, health, or from the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), as well as liability for other damages based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by LANIUS. Essential contractual obligations are those whose fulfillment is necessary to achieve the purpose of the contract. In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, LANIUS is only liable for the contractually typical, foreseeable damage if this was caused by simple negligence, unless it concerns claims for damages by the participant due to injury to life, body, or health. The aforementioned restrictions also apply in favor of LANIUS if claims are asserted directly against them. The provisions of the Product Liability Act remain unaffected.

Giveaway

The winners will be determined by drawing lots from among the participants. The draw will take place on 02.06.2026. The winners will then be notified by email to the address provided by 05.06.2026 at the latest. The prize will be sent to the winners by email. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the email address provided. A cash payout of the prize or combination with other codes is not possible.

Miscellaneous

Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions of participation be or become invalid, the legal validity of the remaining terms and conditions of participation shall not be affected. LANIUS GmbH reserves the right to suspend the competition entirely or temporarily if difficulties arise that endanger the integrity of the competition.

Exclusion of legal recourse

Legal recourse is excluded.

Conditions for the €200 voucher

The LANIUS value voucher can be used for purchases on www.lanius.com in accordance with these conditions. The value voucher will be sent to you by email as a PDF. You can pass the value voucher on to third parties. In this case, you undertake not to use the value voucher code again or to disclose it to third parties. Value vouchers cannot be considered or credited retrospectively. Value voucher codes and their value cannot be paid out in cash. Value vouchers for the LANIUS online shop can only be redeemed online and with a customer account. Value vouchers cannot be combined with other voucher or discount codes.

Additional data protection information

The data collected within the scope of the competition will be processed electronically for the purpose of carrying out the competition. This data will be deleted after the end of the competition.

The data collected within the scope of newsletter registration will be processed and stored electronically for the purpose of sending our newsletter. We use your email address to send you information about our collections and exclusive offers.

On our websites and newsletters, we use various web analysis services and tools that use so-called "cookies", small text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of its use (see Privacy Policy). With your consent, we create personalized usage profiles to improve our web offerings. The evaluation of user behavior includes, in particular, which areas you visit and which links you click on there. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future.
