As an HR generalist, you will work closely with management and be the first point of contact for our 50-person team regarding all personnel issues throughout the employee lifecycle.

Your tasks

  • You organize our team events and training measures – to strengthen team cohesion and further develop the team!
  • The on- and offboarding of new team members is your
    Hand – you make sure that everything runs smoothly.
  • You will take care of general administrative tasks, such as preparing employment contracts and certificates.
  • You prepare the data for the monthly payroll
    and ensure smooth communication with our external tax advisor.
  • You maintain all important personnel data as well as time and absence recording in our personnel software Kenjo.

Your profile

  • Successfully completed commercial training,
    ideally with further training as a human resources specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in HR
  • Knowledge of wage tax and social security law
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Confident, structured, conceptual way of working
  • Proactive action and strong service orientation
  • Ideally experience with the HR software Kenjo
  • Fluent German and English skills as well as very good
    MS Office knowledge
