In this position, you will be responsible for our womenswear – from blouses and dresses to outdoor styles – and will oversee our products holistically throughout the season.

Your role

As Design & Product Manager for Women's Apparel, you will work independently within the design team, combining a keen sense of design with technical and commercial expertise. You will develop products, manage processes, and collaborate closely with our Head of Design, specialized colleagues (including knitwear), and international production partners. It's a varied and interesting job.
which evolves throughout the season – with ever new tasks, challenges and creative freedom.

Your tasks

Design & Collection Development

  • Co-design of two main women's outerwear collections per year, including
    Design drafts as well as material and color selection
  • Management of a total of 50-70 items per season, including technical sketches, size charts, and detailed descriptions, primarily fabrics across all product groups. Includes the development of original designs.
    (approx. 10-25 styles per season)
  • Development of all-over prints, artworks and embroideries in Photoshop and Illustrator (optional)
  • Selection of colors, materials and patterns with a focus on quality, durability and responsible manufacturing.

Product Development & Implementation

  • Evaluation and commentary on the samples up to the SMS
  • Accompanying fittings with a focus on fit, workmanship and quality
  • Collaboration and price negotiations with international production partners:
  • Setup and maintenance of colors, materials and ingredients in the PDM
  • Creation of sales documents (sales book) and item lists, among other things, in InDesign.
  • Professional supervision of interns and cross-team collaboration, especially with sales.
  • Organization and shipping of sample parts for major customers

Your profile

  • A completed (Master's) degree in fashion design or a comparable field, as well as completed training as a bespoke tailor or women's tailor.
  • Several years of in-depth experience in collection and product development in the high-end fashion sector
  • A very keen sense of design, colors, materials and proportions
  • High standards for quality, workmanship, fit and durability
  • Extensive experience in collaborating with international production partners:
  • Excellent technical understanding of cutting and production processes
  • Experience with PDM systems, excellent knowledge of Adobe programs, and solid MS Office skills.
  • Structured, responsible and independent work style
  • Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of actively participating throughout the entire development process
  • Team player with open, appreciative communication skills and a passion for cross-departmental collaboration
  • Very good German and English skills
