Shipping costs within Germany

For shipping within the Federal Republic of Germany, we charge a flat rate of €4.95 per order.

Shipping costs for international destinations

We charge a flat rate of €11.95 per order for shipping.
The shipping fee in Switzerland is also €11.95 (net €10.04).

Please note that for orders with a delivery address outside the EU, as well as for returns, any additional costs such as customs duties, processing fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing an order .

For deliveries to Norway and Switzerland, the purchase value is limited to EUR 1,000 net.

How long does delivery take?

In Germany, Lanius delivers in-stock items to your specified delivery address within 1-5 business days of receiving payment, using DHL GoGreen. Please note that bank transfers for advance payments can take 3-4 business days to process, depending on your bank. If a weekend falls within this period, the delivery time will be extended accordingly.

For shipments of available items within Europe, the delivery time increases to up to 14 working days, depending on the recipient's location.

As soon as the shipment information has been transferred to DHL GoGreen, you will receive a shipping notification via email containing a tracking link. You can use the tracking number to check the delivery status of your order at any time. Please note that the transfer of shipment information occurs before DHL picks up the package and is equivalent to a pickup request. The subsequent transport by DHL will then take place as soon as possible, at the latest within two business days.

Shipping options

Goods from the LANIUS online shop are shipped as insured packages via DHL GoGreen. We also ship to DHL Packstations.

During the order process, you have the option to specify a different delivery address or a DHL Packstation. To do this, click on the link "Add a different delivery address or DHL Packstation" and then select the "DHL Packstation" option from the dropdown menu to enter the relevant information.

You have the option to choose a previously used cardboard box as a packaging option, for the sake of the environment.

Which countries does the LANIUS online shop deliver to?

Orders placed in the LANIUS online shop can be delivered to Germany, Switzerland, Norway, Great Britain and all EU countries.

Please note that for orders with a delivery country outside the EU, any additional costs such as customs duties and taxes are to be borne by the buyer.

Does LANIUS refund VAT if the goods are subsequently exported?

Unfortunately, we are unable to retroactively refund VAT for goods ordered within Germany and subsequently exported from the EU.
