Delicate favourite piece with an individual character: the printed silk of the skirt gets its unmistakable lightness and brilliance from the dyeing with natural plant substances. An elastic waistband in the back part ensures a good fit, side seam pockets and the cotton lining are well thought-out details with function and underline the flowing A-silhouette. The elaborate, manual dyeing with Indian temple flowers makes each garment unique. In combination with our Shiny Modal tops, light sandals and the knitted kimono style coat, the skirt becomes a summery elegant look.

SILK

One of the noblest fibers

Silk is a natural product. This luxury fibre is extracted from silkworm cocoons. The silkworms convert mulberry leaves into a bodily substance which they then use to spin their cocoons. Our silk fabrics are not organic. However, we do not use any chemicals on our silks, and all our silk garments are produced in GOTS-certified factories.

PRODUCTION FACILITY

Our expert in natural colours

In Mumbai we have our articles dyed in the production facility of Rupa Trivedi. Here, great importance is attached to a sustainable, environmentally friendly supply chain. The production is very proud to generate dyes from natural carriers like plants and medicinal herbs. For example, the company also uses wilted flowers from temples, coconut shells and other used materials - recycling par excellence.
