The most environmentally friendly viscose fiber worldwide

LENZING™ ECOVERO™ fibres are made from wood, which is a renewable raw material. All wood is sourced from FSC® and PEFC„¢-certified forests. The environmentally friendly manufacturing process' which cuts carbon emissions and waste water by 50% compared to the manufacture of generic viscose' has been awarded the EU Ecolabel. This means that LENZING™ ECOVERO™ fibres represent a particularly clean viscose option with a fully transparent and sustainable supply chain.

Our expert on fine-mesh

In the GOTS-certified production in Turkey, jerseys and light, fine fabrics have been produced since 2007. Around 94 employees work in the production plant, which as a member of the Fair Wear Foundation undergoes regular audits and thus pursues a clear goal - namely to improve working conditions in the textile industry. Self-aware and with a pronounced ecological awareness, the production company has been working on another important measure since its foundation: improving its own CO2 footprint! Together with the Eagean Forest Foundation, the CO2 footprint of all cars in the production plant was determined in 2017 and reduced to zero by planting trees. In addition, 1000 new trees are planted every year!
