Wool is a spinning fibre obtained from the soft fur of the merino sheep by shaving or combing it. Merino wool is particularly cuddly and breathable. Unlike conventionally reared sheep, the animals have enough space to graze, can graze on nutrient-rich soil and are not subjected to the cruel practice of mulesing.
