Shipping

We will ship your order as soon as possible after receipt of payment. As soon as the goods have been handed over to DHL GoGreen, you will receive a dispatch message, which contains a link to the shipment tracking. The DHL tracking number allows you to check the status of your order at any time.

If you order articles that are temporarily or permanently unavailable or have a different delivery period, we will inform you in a separate e-mail.

Please note that for orders with delivery country outside the EU possible additional costs such as customs duties and taxes are to be borne by the buyer. These are dependent on the country of delivery and the size of the order and cannot be calculated or assumed by us. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Within Germany

Delivery:
Deliveries take place within 1-5 working days to your specified delivery address with the shipping company DHL GoGreen. In the case of payment in advance, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order to the bank commissioned with the transfer and for all other payment methods on the day after conclusion of the contract. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline ends on the next working day.

Shipping costs:
Within Germany, we ship free of shipping costs regardless of the order value.

Ecological packaging

Our goal is to keep our ecological footprint on our earth as small as possible. Therefore, you have the option to select an already used cardboard box as a shipping option for your order and can thus actively contribute to reducing the ecological footprint.

All packaging materials we use, from cardboard to stickers, are carefully selected and certified by us according to the sustainability aspect. In addition, we only print the most necessary forms and send DHL return labels, invoices and cancellation invoices exclusively by e-mail - for the sake of our environment.

Currently, 76% is packed in recycled plastic and 24% in paper. Unfortunately, not packing a garment at all is not an option logistically, as we want it to reach the customer protected and in mint condition.

Furthermore, from the delivery of our F/S-21 collection onwards, we will only use plastic bags that are 100% recycled and can also be recycled again if disposed of correctly. With this step, we are actively contributing to the circular economy and making an essential contribution to reducing the amount of plastic waste.

However, we are also constantly working on alternatives and are not afraid to develop and try out new possibilities. With our #NOPLASTIC initiative, we have proactively joined forces with other sustainable fashion companies and organisations and set a common goal to eliminate virgin plastic as a packaging component.
