Delivery

We will ship your order as soon as possible after receipt of payment. As soon as the goods have been handed over to DHL GoGreen, you will receive a dispatch message, which contains a link to the shipment tracking. The DHL tracking number allows you to check the status of your order at any time.

If you order articles that are temporarily or permanently unavailable or have a different delivery period, we will inform you in a separate e-mail.

If delivery is impaired by force majeure, the delivery time is extended accordingly. We will inform you about this. The risk of the accidental loss and the accidental deterioration of the goods sold is transferred to the buyer only when the goods are delivered to the buyer.

Within Germany

Delivery

The delivery will take place within 1-5 working days to your specified delivery address with the shipping company DHL GoGreen. In this case, the deadline for the delivery begins in the event of payment in advance on the day after the payment order to the bank commissioned with the transfer and for all other forms of payment the day after conclusion of the contract. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline shall end on the next working day.

Within Germany, we will ship free of charge regardless of the order value.

Within Europe and Switzerland

When shipping the available items within Europe, the delivery time increases depending on the place of delivery on up to 14 business days.

Delivery costs

For shipping within the EU and to Switzerland we charge a flat rate of EUR 11.95 (net EUR 10.04) per order up to an order value of EUR 100.00. Orders with an order value of more than 100.00 EUR will be shipped free of charge.
The order value for Switzerland is limited to a maximum amount of EUR 1,000.00 net per order.

LANIUS will inform you of the shipping costs incurred in the order form.

Please note that for orders with delivery countries outside the EU, possible additional costs such as customs duties and taxes must be borne by the buyer. These depend on the country of delivery and the scope of the order and cannot be calculated or assumed by us. We recommend that you contact your local customs office before ordering to obtain more detailed information.

 

 

Ecological packaging

Our goal is to keep our ecological footprint on our planet as low as possible. Therefore you have the possibility to choose an already used carton as shipping option for your order and thus actively contribute to reduce the footprint. All packaging materials we use, from cardboard to stickers, are carefully selected and certified by us according to the sustainability aspect. In addition, we print only the essentials on forms and send DHL return labels, invoices and cancellation invoices exclusively as e-mail for the sake of our environment.
Your clothes are packed in a compostable and biodegradable Eco-Polybag to ensure they arrive safely. This is the only way we can guarantee the perfect condition of your clothing.

Our short-term goal is to take immediate action to reduce the use of polybags. A part of the Spring/Summer 2019 collection will be delivered for the first time in bags made of glassine paper or with paper banderoles and sent out to test the purely vegetable product in practice for important factors such as durability and light resistance.
