If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered or if you need a different size, you can return any purchase to us within 14 days.

For returns within Germany, we will provide you with a free DHL shipping label. You will receive your DHL label as an attachment with your order confirmation email immediately after completing your order. If you are unable to print out the label, there is a QR code on the DHL return label. Show this QR code on your smartphone at a DHL branch, a DHL parcel shop, a DHL delivery agent or at a DHL Packstation. DHL will print out the label for you.

We cannot provide a DHL return label for returns from abroad. Please understand that the direct costs of returning goods from abroad are to be borne by the customer.

If you are returning your item within Germany and have accidentally lost or deleted your return label that was sent with your order confirmation, please click HERE to create a new return label. Simply enter your order number as the order number.

Return within Germany

With the return label provided, the return within Germany is free of charge. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods if you do not follow our returns procedure below. We ask for your understanding that items returned to us freight collect cannot be accepted.

 And this is how it works:

  1. Please enter the reason for return and the quantity on the delivery note/return note.
  2. Place the items together with the return note in the parcel and then stick the return label on the parcel. You have already received the DHL return label with the return instructions for domestic returns to print out yourself from us by e-mail with your order confirmation. Then hand in the parcel at your nearest post office or Packstation.
  3. Exchange requests can only be considered in size, colour or items of the same or lower value. If an item is more expensive, please order it again. We will be happy to reserve the exchange item for you. Please inform us of this by telephone or e-mail.
  4. As soon as we have received your return, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of the return. After the return has been checked, the corresponding amount will be refunded to you - according to the payment method you have chosen. Please understand that processing and refunding can take up to 14 days.

Return from abroad

We cannot provide a DHL return label for returns from abroad. Please understand that the direct costs of returning goods from abroad are to be borne by the customer.

And this is how it works:

  1. Please enter the reason for return and the quantity on the delivery note/return note.
  2. Place the items together with the return note in the parcel.
  3. Clearly mark the package as RETURNS. This is especially important for customs clearance! Incorrectly marked parcels may be detained by customs and incur further processing costs. Collection from customs or payment of the costs incurred as a result cannot be accepted by LANIUS.
  4. Please arrange for a registered return so that your package can be tracked via a tracking number in the event of loss. 
  5. Exchange requests can only be considered in size, colour or items of the same or lower value. If an item is more expensive, please order it again. We will gladly reserve the exchange item for you, please inform us by telephone or e-mail.
  6. As soon as we have received your return, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of the return and, after the return has been checked, you will be refunded the corresponding amount - according to the payment method you have chosen.

REFUND ACCORDING TO YOUR CHOSEN METHOD OF PAYMENT

Prepayment: The credit will be refunded to the bank account used for payment. It may take up to 5 working days before the credit is available on the account.

Sofortüberweisung: The credit will be refunded to the bank account used for payment. It may take up to 5 business days before the credit is available in the account.

Credit card: The credit will be refunded to the credit card account charged for payment. The chargeback can be seen on the next credit card statement. The refund frequency depends on the respective credit institutions.

PayPal: The amount is credited to the PayPal account used for payment. Whether the amount is deposited on the PayPal account as a credit or credited back to your bank account depends on the individual settings of your PayPal account.

Gift voucher: The refund will be made as a credit to your LANIUS customer account or in the form of a new voucher code adjusted to the amount of the return. Unfortunately, a cash payment of the credit is not possible.
