Returns

Customer satisfaction is very important to us, so we offer you the option of return shipping and refund within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please note that the right of return only applies to unworn, unwashed and flawless items.

For returns within Germany, we will provide you with a free DHL shipping label. For returns from abroad we cannot provide a DHL return label. Please understand that the direct costs of returning goods from abroad are to be borne by the customer.

In the event of a return, you can now conveniently access our paperless online returns portal.

ONLINE RETURN PORTAL - Detailed instructions

Log in
Click HERE or use the link you received with your order confirmation and following status emails to access the returns portal. Simply log in with your email address and order number.

Select article and reason
After logging in, you will be shown all the items in the corresponding order. Simply select the desired item(s) and the reason for return and help us to continuously optimize our products and service.
Do you have any further comments, suggestions or criticism regarding your order? A comment field gives you the opportunity to inform us about it.

Register return
Now you can send your return registration and you will receive, if you return the goods within Germany, your addressed and postpaid DHL label for immediate download and as an e-mail. You can print this out yourself or have it printed out directly at your DHL location or at a DHL packing station using QR codes.
We cannot provide a DHL return label for returns from abroad. Please understand that the direct cost of returning goods from abroad is the responsibility of the customer and arrange for an insured return.

Pack and ship the item(s)
Now all you need to do is pack and ship the unworn item(s), conveniently use a DHL store near you. HERE you can find the nearest DHL store.

RETURN FROM FOREIGN COUNTRIES – this is what you should note

Register the return online as described above. Please then arrange for a registered return so that your package can be tracked via a tracking number in the event of loss and keep the shipping receipt for tracking purposes.

Clearly mark the package as RETURN. This is especially important in case of customs clearance! Packages that are not properly marked may be detained by customs and incur further processing charges. Collection from customs or payment of the costs incurred as a result cannot be covered by LANIUS.

RETURN OF ORDERS VIA THE AVOCADOSTORE

It is currently not possible to register the return via the LANIUS returns portal.

Please understand that the costs for Avocado Store returns are to be borne by the customer. Unfortunately, freight collect shipments cannot be accepted. Please fill out the return form enclosed with your order. Please refer to the email confirmation or invoice for the order number. Place the items together with the completed return form in the package. In order to assign your return quickly and correctly, we ask you to fill out the form completely. If the mandatory information is missing, an allocation and a refund may not be possible. We recommend a registered return so that your package can be tracked via a tracking number in case of loss.

REFUND

As soon as we have received your return, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of the return. After checking the return, the corresponding amount will be refunded to you - according to the payment method you have chosen. Please understand that processing and refund can take up to 14 days.

Prepayment: The credit will be refunded to the bank account used for payment. It may take up to 5 business days before the credit is available in the account.

Instant bank transfer: The credit will be refunded to the bank account used for payment. It may take up to 5 business days before the credit is available in the account.

Credit Card: The credit will be refunded to the credit card account charged for payment. The chargeback can be seen on the next credit card statement. The refund frequency depends on the respective credit institutions.

PayPal: The credit is made to the PayPal account used for payment. Whether the amount is deposited on the PayPal account as a credit or is credited back to your bank account depends on the individual settings of your PayPal account.

Gift voucher: The refund will be made in the form of a new voucher code, adjusted to the amount of the return. A cash payment of the credit is unfortunately not possible.

Avocadostore: Upon receipt of your return, after final processing of the return, you will receive the refund via the Avocado Store - according to the payment method you have chosen. VAT refund when exporting the goods: Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to subsequently refund the VAT on goods ordered within Germany and subsequently exported from the EU. However, if you send us a copy of the invoice stamped by customs, we will be happy to issue you a voucher for the amount of VAT paid on the exported order for your next purchase in our online store.

Customs fees: Any shipment to a non-EU country must go through import clearance, which is governed by the customs laws of the destination country. These shipments are generally subject to customs duties and VAT and are the costs are paid by the recipient in the destination country upon receipt of the goods. These costs are not borne by LANIUS or reimbursed subsequently.

 

EXCHANGE

Unfortunately, an exchange is not possible. Please return the item to us and reorder the item.

You cannot log in to the returns portal?
Check the access data. Use the order number of the order containing the items you want to return and the email address used when placing the order.
Return deadline met? You can return items to us 14 days after you receive the order. Beyond that, you cannot register a return online.
