Organic cotton/TENCEL™ Modal

A harmonious blend

Our cotton comes from controlled organic cultivation and is produced according to the guidelines of organic farming. TENCEL™ modal fibers are largely made from beech wood from sustainable forestry. The natural modal fiber is biodegradable. In addition, the TENCEL™ modal fiber from the Austrian company Lenzing is more resource-efficient than cotton and rounds off the material blend with its noble luster.

Jersey fabric development and production

We are particularly proud of our producer in Lithuania: It has been in existence since 1967 and employs around 800 people. Partly due to demand from fashion labels such as LANIUS, the plant has converted its conventional production methods and continuously developed them in a sustainable manner. Currently, the factory holds six different certificates, including the GOTS certificate and Ökotex 100. Learn more in our Travel Journal.
